Following a successful summer performing in the 75th season of Opera in the Ozarks, Victoria began Indiana University's Performance Diploma program at the Jacobs School of Music in Fall 2025.

Originally written for four-handed piano, this 2011 chamber opera for 13-piece orchestral ensemble is based on the 1814 novel by Jane Austen. The narrative follows the impoverished Fanny Price, who is sent as a child to live with her wealthy aunt and uncle at their family estate, Mansfield Park.

About the Faculty Artist
Shuichi Umeyama is assistant professor of music and an opera coach at the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music. A sought-out collaborator by internationally prominent vocalists, pianist Umeyama is a highly seasoned concert performer.
